Introduction

1. The promoter is Auto & General Services Pty Ltd (ABN 61 003 617 909), AFSL No. 241 411 (operating under the brand ‘Budget Direct’) of Level 13, Toowong Tower, 9 Sherwood Road, Toowong QLD 4066, contact number 1300 858 747 (‘we’, ‘us’,‘ our’ or ‘Promoter’) on behalf of the insurer, Auto & General Insurance Company Ltd (ABN 42 111 586 353) (Insurer).

How to Enter

2. These Terms and Conditions apply to the promotion “Random Souths Guys’ Rabbitohs v Bulldogs Ticket Giveaway” where entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

   1. follow A Random Souths Guys’ Instagram page at https://www.instagram.com/arandomsouthsguy/;
   2. complete their details in the form via link in bio https://bdins.co/randomsouthsguy-r3-2026; and
   3. complete all the required steps and fields on the entry form and submit the form via https://bdins.co/randomsouthsguy-r3-2026

   for the chance to win one (1) of twenty (20) General Admission Double Passes to attend the Round 5 Rabbitohs v Bulldogs NRL game held on Friday 3 April 2026 at 4:05pm AEDT at Accor Stadium, Sydney (see the Eligibility and Participation section below) (Promotion).

3. The Promotion commences at 11:00am on Thursday 19 March 2026 and ends at 10:00am on Thursday 26 March 2026 (Promotion Period). All times are in Australian Eastern Daylight Time. Entrants are ineligible to participate outside the Promotion Period.

4. Entry into the Promotion and any offer of Budget Direct insurance is subject to the Insurer deeming that the risk is acceptable in accordance with its underwriting criteria. Any advice is general only and does not consider an individual’s needs.

5. Information on how to enter, mechanics of entry and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions prevail.

Eligibility and Participation

6. Entrants must meet all of the following criteria during the Promotion Period and at the Draw Date to participate in the Promotion (Eligible Entrant):

   1. live in New South Wales, and if requested by the Promoter, be able to provide a valid New South Wales residential address;
   2. be aged 18 years or over;
   3. be an Australian resident. Australian resident means a person who resides in Australia at the time of entry into the Promotion and who either:
      1. holds Australian or New Zealand citizenship; or holds an Australian permanent residency visa; or
      2. has resided in Australia continuously for six (6) months or more on a temporary work visa at the time of participating in the Promotion;
   4. be available to attend the Rabbitohs v Bulldogs NRL game held on Friday 3 April 2026 at 4:05pm AEDT at Accor Stadium, Sydney;
   5. not be a director, officer or employee of the Promoter, its related entities or agents and service providers, or any other person directly associated with the conduct of the Promotion or their immediate families;
   6. provide a valid email address; and
   7. agree to accept the Promotion’s Terms and Conditions.

7. Each Eligible Entrant will be awarded a maximum of one (1) entry into the Promotion with each entry having an equal chance of winning the Prize. Additional entries will not be awarded for additional entry form submissions.

8. Entries will be deemed accepted at the time of receipt by the Promoter, or as determined by the Promoter. Entries received will be considered final by the Promoter.

9. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify or delete any entry which contains (in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter) any content which is incomplete or indecipherable or contains profanity, potentially insulting, scandalous, racist, unlawful, abusive, objectionable, inflammatory, or defamatory language.

10. The Promoter may request the Entrant to produce appropriate photo identification and other documentation to confirm, to the Promoter’s satisfaction, the Entrant’s eligibility to enter the Promotion and the validity of their entry, failing which any/all entries of that Entrant will be deemed invalid.

11. If there is a dispute regarding the conduct of the Promotion, Entrants agree that the decision of the Promoter will be final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Draw and Prizes

12. The Prize Draw will take place at Level 7, Toowong Tower, 9 Sherwood Road, Toowong QLD 4066 at 12:00pm (AEDT) (Draw Time) on Thursday 26 March 2026 (Draw Date).

13. The Prize Pool consists of twenty (20) x General Admission Double Passes to attend the Rabbitohs v Bulldogs NRL game held on Friday 3 April 2026 at 4:05pm AEDT at Accor Stadium, Sydney valued at AU$70 each (each, a Prize and collectively, the Prize Pool).

14. The total value of the Prize Pool is $1,400 AUD (excl. GST).

15. A total of twenty (20) Eligible Entrants will be randomly drawn via electronic draw on the Draw Date or Unclaimed Draw Date, as is relevant, each to win one (1) Prize (Eligible Winner).

16. Each Eligible Winner will be notified via their nominated email address provided on the entry form within five (5) hours of the Draw Time, or by no later than 5:00pm (AEDT) on Thursday 26 March 2026, and will be required to respond to the notification email by 9:00am (AEDT) on Tuesday 31 March 2026 in order to arrange for delivery of the prize. Eligible Winners’ first initial and surname will be published on the Terms and Conditions page via https://www.randomsouthsguy.com.au/terms-conditions/rabbitohsvtbulldogs within twenty-eight (28) days of the Draw Date, and will remain on the Promoter’s website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days. All reasonable steps will be taken by the Promoter to notify the winners.

Unclaimed Prize Draw

17. A Prize will be deemed unclaimed if the Promoter is not reasonably able to contact the Eligible Winner by 9:00am (AEDT) Tuesday 31 March 2026 (Unclaimed Draw Time and Date) in accordance with clause 16.

18. If a Prize remains unclaimed at the Unclaimed Draw Time and Date, an unclaimed prize draw (Unclaimed Prize Draw) will be held at the location listed in clause 12 using the same method detailed in clause 15, at the Unclaimed Draw Time and Date, subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory legislation.

19. The Eligible Winner of the Unclaimed Prize Draw will be notified via their nominated email address in which they entered the Promotion within five (5) hours of the Unclaimed Draw Time, or by no later than 2:00pm (AEDT) Tuesday 31 March 2026 and their first initial and surname will be published on the Terms and Conditions page via https://www.randomsouthsguy.com.au/terms-conditions/rabbitohsvbulldogs/ within twenty-eight (28) days of the Unclaimed Draw Time and Date, and will remain on the Promoter’s website for no less than twenty-eight (28) days. All reasonable steps will be taken by the Promoter to notify the winners.

Redemption of Prize

20. The Eligible Winner must provide the Promoter with a valid email address as the Prize will be supplied by the Promoter and will be delivered via email. Once the Prize has been emailed to the Eligible Winner, the Promoter takes no responsibility for the Prize being damaged, lost or stolen. The Eligible Winner is responsible for providing their correct email address and the Promoter will not be liable if the Prize is sent to the wrong email address.

Privacy Statement and Marketing Consent

21. The Promoter is committed to protecting entrants’ Personal Information and agrees to be bound by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). The Promoter’s privacy policy is available on the website at the following link: www.budgetdirect.com.au. It contains information about how entrants can complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles and further details of how the Promoter will collect, store, use and disclose Personal Information can also be found there. Entrants can gain access to, update or correct any of their Personal Information held by the Promoter by contacting the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at privacyquery@autogeneral.com.au.

22. Personal Information is collected in connection with entry into this Promotion for the purpose of facilitating the conduct of the Promotion and access to the Prizes. If the Personal Information requested is not provided, then a person will be ineligible to participate in this Promotion. By entering into the Promotion, the entrants consent to the Promoter disclosing the Personal Information to any of the Promoter’s related entities, using the Personal Information to process and validate the entrant’s claim for the Prize, and to arrange delivery to the entrants (if eligible). The Promoter may use or disclose the entrants’ personal information for marketing or promotional purposes in relation to this Promotion.

23. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge that a further purpose for collection of their Personal Information is to contact the Entrant in the future with information about the Promoter or Insurer, including special offers, market research or to provide marketing materials via any medium including mail, and any other form of non-real time electronic, emerging, digital or conventional communications channel whether existing now or in the future.

24. The Promoter will never sell an entrant’s Personal Information to other companies, however, the Promoter may share an entrant’s Personal Information with its Australian and overseas related companies, promotional partners, servants, employees, agents and trusted third parties, who may contact the entrant for their legitimate commercial purposes. Some of these parties may be located outside of Australia, including but not limited to Japan, Philippines, Singapore, South Africa, United Kingdom, Canada, Israel, and the United States of America and entrants understand and acknowledge that Australian Privacy Principle 8.1 will not apply to such disclosures of their personal information. By entering the Promotion, entrants acknowledge and agree that the Promoter and any applicable third parties may use their Personal Information in the manner set out in these Terms and Conditions.

25. The Eligible Entrant will participate in all reasonable promotional activities in relation to the Promotion, as requested by the Promoter and its agents. This may include the Eligible Winner’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same), in any media worldwide for whatever purpose and without notification, remuneration or compensation, for marketing and/or promotional purposes, for an indefinite period, to the extent permitted by law.

General

26. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Meta. Any information provided by an Entrant is provided to us and not to Meta and Entrants release Meta from all liability in relation to this Promotion.

27. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any person from receiving the Prize if any of the following occurs:

    1. if it suspects fraudulent activity; or
    2. for a breach of these Terms and Conditions; or
    3. if it decides the person has not acted in good faith; or
    4. for any false or misleading conduct of any kind.

28. The Promoter, Insurer, its related entities, their officers and employees will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (whether direct, indirect or consequential loss) including any theft, unauthorised access, third party interference, any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, or personal injury (including loss of opportunity) suffered or sustained in connection with the Promotion, including through the receipt, acceptance, or the use or operation of any components of the Prize (whether negligent or not), except to the extent of any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including any applicable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law).

29. Unless expressly stated in these Terms and Conditions, all other costs and expenses (including, but not limited to, the costs of transport to and from the event, meals and other travel related expenses) will be at the Eligible Winner’s cost. The Promoter will not be liable for the failure of the Eligible Winner and their companion to meet travel schedules or cancellations for whatever reason and regardless as to fault, and no cash or alternative tickets or bookings will be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize. Unless otherwise specified, Eligible Winners and their companions must make their own way to and from all events associated with the Promotion at their own cost.

30. Eligible Winners are responsible and liable for any guest they may bring to share the Prize. The Eligible Winner and their guests agree to abide by any rules (including but not limited to dress code) or codes of conduct stipulated by the Promoter, Accor Stadium or its contractors in connection with the Prize.

31. If a Prize involves tickets to an event, unless expressly stated otherwise, the Promoter will not be responsible for any changes in times or dates, cancellations or rescheduling of events that may prevent the Eligible Winner from redeeming the Prize or any part of it and no alternative tickets will be awarded in lieu of that element of the Prize. All tickets are only valid for the date of the period specified on the tickets, and are subject to any terms and conditions imposed by the Promoter, Accor Stadium or Rabbitohs, including any conditions of entry into the relevant event location (e.g. behaviour requirements and applicable dress codes), any conditions of ticket validity and any restrictions on ticket on-sale or transfer. The Promoter does not control entry to the relevant event location. Once awarded, the Promoter is not liable for any ticket that has been lost, stolen, forged, damaged, or tampered with in any way.

32. If the Promotion cannot be conducted as intended for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to withdraw, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion or, if necessary, to provide an alternative prize or any part thereof to the same value as the original Prize or any part thereof to the extent permitted by law or subject to any written directions made under applicable State or Territory Legislation.

33. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility whatsoever for any tax liability associated, connected with or arising from the Promotion. Entrants should seek their own independent financial advice regarding any financial or tax implications related to the acceptance of the Prize.

34. Entry to the Promotion is free. However, all costs associated with accessing the Promotion via the Internet are the entrant’s responsibility and are dependent on the Internet service provider used.

35. The Prize or any part thereof is not refundable, transferable, or exchangeable and cannot be taken as physical cash or cheque, in whole or part thereof.

36. In these Terms and Conditions:

    1. “Australian Consumer Law” means Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth); and
    2. “Personal Information” means, for the purpose of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), information or an opinion about an identified individual, or an individual who is reasonably identifiable, whether the information or opinion is true or not and whether the information or opinion is recorded in a material form or not.
